Minnesota Timberwolves point guard Patrick Beverley isn’t impressed by Chris Paul, and he isn’t afraid of who knows it.
When the Suns got blown out by the Mavericks during Game 7 on Sunday night, Beverley took to social media to call out Paul amid all the praise.

On Monday, Patrick Beverley joined Stephen A. Smith on ESPN’s “Get Up” and he continued his slander of Chris Paul by calling him a “cone” on defense.
“CP can’t guard nobody man. Everybody in the NBA know that. … He’s a cone. … Give him the Ben Simmons slander.”

Patrick Beverley is known as one of the best defensive guards in the league. And during his first season with the Timberwolves, he took them to the playoffs.
Sure, both Beverley and Chris Paul have failed to reach championship expectations throughout their entire career, but P Bev’s disrespect for CP3 is very real.
Hopefully we see a lot more battles between Patrick Beverley and Chris Paul in the future.
