Ben Simmons tweet is going viral for all the right reasons.

The Nets early playoff exit was a stunning end to a season that began with championship dreams behind Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving. Unfortunately Ben never got to suit up for his team, and who really knows the reason he never once played this season. First it was his mental health, then it became a back issue, now it’s back to being about his mental health.

Following the sweep, an old Ben Simmons tweet started moving around.

See below:

Twitter quickly reacted accordingly:

If I’m Ben I’m doing a social media sweep to make sure there’s nothing else that’s going to get drudged up. But first I’m deleting that old tweet.

It’s hard to believe Ben Simmons even likes playing basketball.
