Jabari Smith’s stock is on the rise.

The race to challenge the Dynasty Golden State Warriors begins this week, when the NBA will hold its annual draft at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. The 2022 class is highlighted by three frontcourt players: Jabari Smith, Chet Holmgren and Paolo Banchero. All three have legitimate cases to be the first player selected on a night that could see multiple trades within the first 10 picks.  As of right now, Jabari Parker’s odds of getting selected #1 overall are looking pretty good.

With the Magic having the #1 pick, it’s likely they will take one of the three players previously mentioned.

Check out Jabari’s odds to land on the Magic:

There isn’t a runaway favorite to go No. 1 like there was last year, so depending on who you like, you can make some money if you have any strong feelings about who the Magic will take. The Magic have reportedly delivered on their thorough pre-draft evaluation process by meeting with a host of top candidates.

Holmgren, Smith and Banchero are all very similar.

Not only are they all forwards, they are all at least 6-foot-10 and taller, plus they all played one year of college ball. Holmgren and Smith were second-team AP All-Americans this past season, Banchero a third-team selection.

This should be fun to bet on, check out the best odds at Oddsshopper.com.
