LeBron’s youngest son has finally received his first offer.

Bryce James announced over the weekend that he received his first college basketball scholarship offer from a Division I program. Bryce James confirmed on Instagram that he received an offer letter from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. There is a bit of connection there with his Pops, Duquesne University is coached by Keith Dambrot, who also coached LeBron for two years in high school at St. Vincent-St. Mary in Akron, Ohio.

Bryce, who is listed at 6-foot-6, attends Sierra Canyon with his older brother, Bronny. Bryce has yet to receive a high school ranking. The early scouting reports are Bryce is going to be better than his older Brother Bronny, who also has been receiving some interest from colleges.

See Bryce’s Instagram announcement post below:

Bryce recently played alongside his brother with the California Basketball Club on the AXE Euro Tour. The Letter came following his play on the tour. The team played three games across Europe, marking the first time the two James brothers shared the court in a competitive setting. LeBron was more than excited about his kids balling out together.

“Man I’m literally watching Bronny and Bryce on the court together for the first time in a game situation!! This is INSANE!! I’m EMOTIONAL AF!! WOW”

Bryce played on the JV team last year as a freshman and will likely make the jump to the varsity next season.  There is no doubt this is the first of many offers Bryce is going to receive.

He may just be the chosen one, sorry Bronny.
