You knew we were going to get some fireworks between Kyrie Irving and the Celtics fans all throughout the playoff series this week. And sure enough, Game One delivered just that.

After being berated by the capacity crowd at TD garden, Kyrie didn’t shy away from his feelings that he felt the same exact way towards them.

All game, Kyrie Irving was seen barking back at hecklers. And at one point he even put up his middle fingers towards the fans behind him.

On Tuesday, the NBA handed down a fine to Kyrie for his antics during Game One.

After the back-and-forth with Celtics fans in Game One, Kyrie Irving went on a rant on how he’s going to give it right back when being heckled on the floor.

“I’mma have the same energy for them,” he said via Sports Illustrated. “And it’s not every fan, I don’t wanna attack every fan, every Boston fan. When people start yelling p—- or b—- and f— you and all this stuff, [there’s] just so much you can take.”

After losing Game One on a Jayson Tatum buzzer beater, Kyrie Irving and the Nets will look to even the score at TD Garden on Wednesday night.
