The Brooklyn Nets lost a tough one last night. They got beat by the Bucks in overtime thanks to the heroics of Giannis Antetokounmpo who was on one the entire evening.
Giannis finished the game with 44 points, KD dropped 26 in the loss.
It wasn’t KD’s best showing night of the season, especially against a conference rival.
KD was getting some crap on Twitter, specifically from Nick Wright, who took to Twitter and said:
“I legit feel for KD… he had to be 2nd best to LeBron for a decade and the MOMENT he might’ve passed LeBron, Giannis passed him. 2nd player out of high school. 2nd pick in the draft. 2nd best player in the NBA for life. Legit awful luck.”
Durant clapped back at Wright and said:

Yea KD is not worried about his status in the NBA rankings. He’s had a great career and will go down as one of the most unique talents to ever lace em up.
Can’t say the same thing about Little Nicky.
