Miami Heat star Jimmy Butler isn’t afraid of going right after the Boston Celtics early and often in the Eastern Conference Finals.
During Game One in Miami, Butler asserted himself early and often before completely taking over down the stretch of the game.
When it was all over, Jimmy Butler notched 41 points to go along with nine rebounds and five assists.
After, Jimmy made it clear that he isn’t afraid to be physical with the Celtics.
“I like physicality. I want to run into people and see who falls down first. I want to see who quits first.”

Jimmy Butler continued:
“I wanna go 0-for-0 next game because I just want to keep banging into people.”
Even Celtics head coach Ime Udoka noted that his team couldn’t match Butler and the Heat’s toughness and physicality throughout the course of Game 1.
“We got out-toughed, out-physical,” Udoka said to Yahoo Sports. “They came out in the second half and wanted to up their physicality and aggression on both ends and they did that.”
Luckily for the Celtics, they should be getting Marcus Smart back for Game Two in Miami. But even so, they’re going to have to bring their game up a level to match Jimmy Butler.
