Both Draymond Green and Jae Crowder have developed reputations for being physical players in the NBA. And this week, they were both subject of controversy.

After Green was ejected earlier in the week for a hard foul on Grizzlies’ Brandon Clarke, Crowder was also ridiculed on Monday night.

During the Suns’ game against the Mavericks, Jae Crowder appeared to kick Luka Doncic in the groin when going up for a shot.

When it was announced that Jae Crowder was only receiving a flagrant one for his foul, Draymond Green to to social media to share his displeasure.

Despite being kicked out of the Warriors’ Game One win over the Grizzlies, Draymond Green admitted that while his reputation might hurt him in hard foul situations, he wouldn’t give it up for anything.

“Let me say, reputations are earned — I love my reputation. It’s gotten me where I am, it’s gotten me three NBA championships, it’s gotten me an NBA Defensive Player of the Year award, it’s gotten me four All-Stars, it’s made me who I am in the NBA,” he said.

Draymond Green’s Warriors and Jae Crowder’s Suns could meet up in the Western Conference finals if they hang on in their respective series’.
