It still appears that Lonzo Ball’s knee injury is a bit of a mystery.

Last season, Ball’s injury timeline was supposed to have him return prior to the postseason, but after multiple setbacks, the point guard was forced out for the entire season.

Now, Bulls fans are just hoping Lonzo Ball is ready for Training Camp, but the team’s brass gave another sketchy update this week.

NBC Sports Chicago reporter KC Johnson had some more bad news for Bulls fans.

“Multiple sources told NBC Sports Chicago that Ball’s current workout regimen has featured similar starts and stops. In other words, Ball still occasionally experiences discomfort when he increases his workload,” Johnson wrote in his latest column.

Lonzo Ball has made some appearances at the Bulls’ Summer League games, but he’s gotta be a little miffed as to what’s going wrong with him.

Hopefully the point guard is able to turn the corner in his rehab very soon…
