Boston Celtics veteran forward Al Horford proved to be the difference maker in Game One of the NBA Finals.

Horford’s shot-making ability proved to be critical in the team’s monster fourth quarter, when they came roaring back to steal the opening game.

In total, Big Al notched 26 points with six made threes in the game.

Afterwards, he brought his son, Ean, with him to the press conference — where the young kid gave an extra “wink” to the cameras to cement his dad’s performance.

In the press conference, the 35 year old Al Horford spoke on the opportunity to finally get to play in an NBA Finals.

“I’m just grateful for this opportunity,” said Horford via NY Post. “Just grateful to be in this position. God has put me in this position and it’s something that I embrace, and I’m excited about and just excited to be able to share this stage with these group of guys. … And it’s just fun to see all that come together.”

It’s clear Al Horford is not going to be intimidated by this moment, and it must be pretty damn cool for his son, too.
