Khamzat Chimaev Issues Scary Warning To Nate Diaz After Fight Announced

UFC star Khamzat Chimaev isn’t screwing around after his fight with veteran Nate Diaz was announced.

Given the completely different trajectory and skill set of the two fighters, the betting lines initially released after the bout was announced heavily favored Chimaev.

It appears as though Khamzat Chimaev is aware of how much a favorite he’ll be against Nate Diaz, because he posted an image of himself officiating Diaz’s funeral on Wednesday afternoon.

As it stands, Khamzat Chimaev stands as a -1150 favorite over Nate Diaz, meaning Las Vegas is giving Diaz little to no chance to pull off the crazy upset.

Still, Diaz is about as popular of a fighter as there is in the UFC, and putting him up against a rising star should result in good ratings for the organization.

But at the end of the day, Nate Diaz is going to have to be careful, because Khamzat Chimaev is more than capable of putting him into retirement earlier than he would like.
