Philadelphia Phillies’ 3B Alec Bohm took out his frustrations Saturday in the dugout leaving him with a bloody neck.

The Phillies’ 3B came back to the dugout and started slamming his bat which then bounced back and smacked him in the neck.

Kids, this is just another reason to be careful, even when you’re in the dugout. Bohm was clearly frustrated, going 0-4 in the game too, but man, you really need to be careful when you’re slamming a bat in your dugout.

The Phillies went on to beat the Angels 7-2.
