Shohei Ohtani on the move?
In a segment following the MLB All-Star Game, MLB Network had former MLB pitcher Dan Plesac offer up a “bold” prediction for the second half of the season. His prediction was that the Angels would trade Shohei Ohtani to the Braves for “payroll flexibility.”

Clearly Ohtani is one of the pieces you’d keep around to get the Angels out of their playoff drought.
Plus you still have Mike Trout. Hard to imagine they’d part with a player as good as Ohtani.
