Cincinnati Red first baseman Joey Votto had an epic tweet after getting hit in the head by Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Tyler Anderson Friday night.

The Dodgers were up 3-0 in the top of the 6th when pitcher Tyler Anderson hit Joey Votto in the head with a pitch.

Votto was a little shaken up but was seen yelling at Anderson while he was walking to first base.

Here is what Votto had to say about the whole situation:

“He was like, what’s your name? And I was like, what? He was like, WHAT IS YOUR NAME? I was like Tony. So I says, WHAT’S YOUR NAME? He goes Ezekiel. Then something about a fire. I don’t remember – I got hit in the head.”

If you’ve been living under a rock, you may not get it, but Votto is referencing a video and voice-over that is used all over social media.

Pretty epic considering the way he says it makes everyone know he was telling Tyler Anderson to f*ck off.

Votto and the Reds went on to lose 3-1 to the Dodgers Friday night.
