Major League Baseball legend Derek Jeter is on Twitter.

That’s right, the former New York Yankees captain and former Marlins CEO has joined the social media platform, and his first tweet is a homerun. Early this morning The Captain sent one out quote-tweeting someone who said that Jeter had no excuse not to have a Twitter account. That was his first ever tweet.
