PGA star Jon Rahm has been known to have a short temper on the course. But in recent years, he’s worked at it to ensure he doesn’t get too low on himself when things go awry.

However, he was back to his old ways during The Memorial Tournament on Friday morning.

After hitting a bad shot, Jon Rahm went to toss his club, and he was trashed after nearly hitting a fan with a microphone who was walking by.

Check it out:

Jon Rahm appeared to have immediately apologized after coming close to the woman next to him after the moment of rage, but the damage was already done.

Now, Rahm is likely going to have to offer a public apology for the move.

On the day, Rahm ended up turning his round around to get into the clubhouse at -2. He’s now five strokes behind the leader heading into the weekend.
