Of course, former PGA star John Daly is going to be having more than a few on this beautiful college football Saturday.

The “hit it hard” golfer is a proud Razorbacks fan having grown up in the area, and ahead of their game against the Cincinnati Bearcats today, Daly made sure to be in Fayetteville to take in the action.

Before the game, Daly made an appearance on a pregame show SEC Nation, where he admitted he was feeling the vibes.

“I’m not gonna lie, I’m drunk,” Daly said during his appearance.

John Daly has had some more to cheer about in recent years being an Arkansas fan, as well.

With the program being down in the dumps for the better part of the last decade, they seem to have turned a corner under third-year head coach Sam Pittman. Last year, Pittman led the Razorbacks to their first winning season since 2016, winning the Outback Bowl over Penn State to finish off the successful 9-4 campaign.

Now, Pittman feels even more confident.

“My first year I didn’t know anything, and there’ll be some people say I still don’t,” Pittman said. “But my first year was, ‘How do I call the officials over to talk to them? Where’s switch 1, 2, 3 [on his headset]? Hit this button to go to special teams.’

“It was all nerve-racking. ‘What are we going to do pregame?’ All these different things that are now Year 3. And so you’re more comfortable at anything if you’ve done it before.”

Arkansas is set to take on Cincinnati at 3:30 ET on ESPN.
