Bettors Slamming Orioles Bets Following Their Unexpected Winning Streak

The Baltimore Orioles trolled the hell out of the Boston Red Sox after taking two of three when Boston needed the games bad

In a shocking turn of events, the Baltimore Orioles are the hottest team in baseball heading into the All-Star Break.

Despite being in the thick of their rebuild, the O’s have been showing major signs of light at the end of the tunnel. And now, they’re in the midst of an MLB-best eight game winning streak.

With the Orioles coming out of no where, bettors are taking exception. And now, starting to line up those future bets.

This week, The Action Network revealed that the Orioles are receiving a whole lot of bets to win the AL pennant amid the rise in the Central.

To think of the Orioles as legitimate World Series contenders is probably a bit premature. But given what the Baltimore fans have been through in recent years, who are we to try to temper their excitement?

After their eight game stretch, the O’s currently sit at 43-44 on the season, and could creep into the Wild Card discussion if they’re able to turn their winning streak into a long stretch of competitive play.

This week, the Orioles will travel to Wrigley Field to take on the lowly Cubs, which could help bolster their rise up the standings prior to next week’s All-Star Break.

Are the tides starting to turn in Baltimore?
