Every once in a while, a bet will go viral based on how ridiculously outlandish it is, and that was the case with one Sacramento Kings future that went viral today.

Not only did a bettor put a wager on the long shot Kings to win the NBA Championship this season, but the person wagered an extremely irresponsible $10,000 on the bet.

Last season, the Kings finished at an abysmal 30-52 clip, good for 12th in the Western Conference, and no where near making the NBA Playoffs.

However, the team is expected to make a leap this year with the additions of Malik Monk, as well as talented rookie Keegan Murray.

It could be a good idea to invest in the future of the Sacramento Kings, but to think they’re legitimate finals contenders next season is ridiculous. Unless this bettor knows something we don’t, that is.
