Popular Early Bet to Win 2023 NBA Title Has Been Revealed

Despite last year’s dumpster fire, people still want to believe in the Los Angeles Lakers.

They’ve seen their odds change drastically over the last few weeks, and they’re one of the more popular early bets to win the 2023 NBA title.

The Lakers opened at 22-to-1 to win it all when BetMGM released their NBA Futures odds. Teams like the Denver Nuggets were even ahead of the Lakers. It seems like bettors certainly jumped on the Lakers at those odds. According to BetMGM, the Lakers have received over 11% of the bets and over 13% of the betting handle to win the title in 2023.

Both of those numbers are the second highest of any team. Only the Golden State Warriors are getting more action thus far.

As a result of all the Lakers action, their odds have begun to move. After opening at 22-to-1, the Lakers are now just 14-to-1 to win the NBA title.

The Lakers will always be one of those teams that gets plenty of action,  and even after  last year’s train wreck, people still think they can win it all.

Anytime  you have LeBron,  you  really never  know, but the chemistry was way off,  and Westbrook clearly is past his prime.

It’s a long shot worth taking I  suppose if the stars  can once again align in Los Angeles.
