Zach LaVine Gives Cryptic Answer When Speaking On His Future With Chicago Bulls

Chicago Bulls guard Zach LaVine has waited a long time for his team to become respectable. And now that they’ve caught the attention of teams around the league, the All-Star could be on his way out.

LaVine was in talks for an extension during last offseason. But when push came to shove, him and the front office couldn’t come to an agreement.

As it stands, Zach LaVine will be an unrestricted free agent at the end of the season. And when speaking on his future with the Bulls, he made sure to note that Chicago is his home “for now”.

He made his comments on Draymond Green’s podcast, “The Draymond Green Show”.

Zach LaVine is in the midst of another stellar season on the court. He’s currently averaging 24.9 PPG to go along with 4.8 rebounds and 4.2 assists. He’ll likely join DeMar DeRozan as the Bulls’ representatives in the All-Star Game.

The Bulls are currently 0.5 games behind the Heat for first place in the Eastern Conference. But long-term injuries to Lonzo Ball, Alex Caruso and Derrick Jones Jr. will hinder their chances to stay there for the entire remainder of the season.

Nevertheless, I think the Bulls know they have to find a way to lock up Zach LaVine if they want to remain a contender in the coming years.
