Tom Brady Reportedly ‘Frustrated’ By Some Things In Tampa Bay

Perhaps the way Bruce Arians ran his ship in Tampa Bay played a role in Tom Brady’s retirement, after all.

Earlier last week, it was reported that Arians’ brash nature rubbed Tom the wrong way during the end of his tenure with the team. And while it was quickly denied by the Bucs head coach, a new report has shed some light on Brady’s frustrations with the operation in Tampa Bay.

Per Sports Illustrated’s Albert Breer, Tom Brady grew tired of the way Bruce Arians and the entire Buccaneers organization was ran during last season.

“I don’t know that Tom Brady has any issue directly with Bruce Arians. But I have heard there were things about the Bucs’ program that frustrated him (which might be natural, considering how tight a ship he was coming from when he got to Tampa),” Brer wrote in his latest column.

Here’s what Bruce Arians had to say about the reported rift with Tom Brady:

“It seems like there’s one (story) every day now,’’ Arians said. “Everybody is speculating he’s going somewhere else. That don’t bother me. This other bulls—, the relationship thing, that’s so far-fetched,’’ the head coach said.

So far, Tom Brady hasn’t been asked about any of these reports. But I don’t think it’s so ‘far fetched’ to think that the greatest player of all-time got a little tired after going from Bill Belichick’s “Patriot way” to Bruce Arians’ style of doing things.

At 44 years old, it’s entirely possible that the GOAT just felt sick of being condemned by his head coach so routinely for 22-straight seasons.
