Tiger Woods Announces His Return To Golf Competition By Teaming Up With His Son Charlie

Tiger Woods is back.

While hosting the Hero World Challenge last weekend, Tiger made his return to the public spotlight. He announced that he doesn’t think he’ll be able to withstand a full PGA Tour schedule in the future. But he would like to compete in tournaments here and there.

Sure enough, Tiger Woods is ready to give it a go for an upcoming tournament!

He announced on Wednesday that he’s going to be teaming up with his son, Charlie Woods, for the upcoming PNC Championship.

Tiger Woods’ Return

The PNC Championship is scheduled for Dec. 16-19 at The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club Orlando.

It’s fitting that he’ll be playing with his son as he transitions into the stage of his life where he’s going to be at home with the family more than touring around with the best players in the world week-in and week-out.

Charlie Woods definitely has shades of his father in him, too. The 12-year-old has gone viral for showing off an identical swing as his dad, along with the similar patented fist pump and other antics that look just like Tiger.

We’re all gonna be pulling for Tiger and Charlie Woods next weekend. And it’ll just be good to see the GOAT back playing golf again.
