With Russell Wilson now officially heading to Denver, Teddy Bridgewater is probably heading out of town.
Bridgewater was signed to a one-year deal and is now a free agent. Where will the quarterback land? While he isn’t a top prospect in free agency, one would think he is on the board for a few quarterback-needy teams.
Of course Twitter believes he’s heading to Tampa.

@DKSportsbook
just put up odds for #Bucs starting QB next year:Kyle Trask +350
Jimmy G +500
Teddy Bridgewater +800
Derek Carr 10/1
Gardner Minshew 12/1
Ryan Fitzpatrick 12/1
Marcus Mariota 12/1
Tyrod Taylor 14/1
Jameis Winston 14/1— JusticeToAll ~ 🙏 🇺🇦 ⚖️ 🚀 (@JusticeToAll) March 10, 2022
Prepare for the Bucs to offer Teddy Bridgewater a contract. They offered him a contract before Brady said he wanted to come here. I truly believe if BA and Licht don’t feel confident with Trask or Gabbert they will look at Teddy, Jimmy G, Jameis.

The best course of action for the Bucs is to sign Teddy Bridgewater and give Kyle Trask another year to develop under another classy, smart veteran. …Teddy gives the veteran team a chance to win, and Trask will have less pressure if he is needed during the season

They'll take a swing at DeShaun Watson but his off the field issues plus trade compensation are big obstacles. Teddy Bridgewater is more realistic honestly. #Bucs https://t.co/7v9Qz6K0Ef

Bridgewater is coming off a one year deal with Denver that paid him $4.4 million dollars, so in temrs of QB deals he’s a real bargain.
Bruce Arians won’t be coaching forever, and he’s always been fond of Teddy Bridgewater.
Anyone but Tom Brady will be a major downgrade for the Bucs.
