Steph Curry Shared An Emotional Moment With His Mom Sonya After Breaking The Record For All Time Three Pointers

The stage was set for Steph Curry at the mecca of Madison Square Garden on Tuesday night.

Curry needed just two three pointers to pass Ray Allen for most threes made in the history of the NBA. And the Warriors legend didn’t waste any time sending the capacity crowd into a frenzy.

Shortly into the first quarter, Steph Curry broke Ray Allen’s record on his third three point attempt of the game.

Steph Curry was immediately embraced by all of his teammates and coaches. And when he checked out of the game shortly thereafter, Steph found his mom, Sonya Curry, in the stands.

They embraced for a long, heartfelt moment.

Steph Curry had this night coming for a long time.

He changed the game forever with his ability to shoot threes at any time and from anywhere on the court. While kids may have been growing up trying to be like LeBron or MJ in the past, it’s quite possible that Steph has taken the reigns as the most influential player in the game today.

Congratulations to Steph Curry. Something tells me we still have many more milestones to go before his career is over.
