Atlanta Falcons tight end Kyle Pitts’ had a heavily cryptic tweet Thursday that had many fans thinking his team had just landed Deshaun Watson.
Amid the rumors that the Falcons were in on a potential move for Watson, Pitts took to social media to reveal that the team was about to be “scary:”.
Kyle Pitts would later clarify that he wasn’t talking about Deshaun Watson at all. But rather the team’s move to sign veteran free agent corner Casey Hayward.

Pitts would then hilariously urge fans to relax on all the noise.

As previously pointed out, Kyle Pitts shares an agent with Deshaun Watson. And after his criminal case was dropped recently, Pitts shared a post from Watson’s agent.
Unfortunately for Pitts, it’s starting to look like the two clear front runners to land Watson via trade are the Saints and Panthers, with the Falcons reportedly moving on if they’re unable to push the envelope by the end of the day today.
Perhaps Kyle Pitts and Deshaun Watson will team up in the future. But the odds are starting to look pretty slim for next season.
