Kevin Stefanski Responds To Baker Mayfield Stiffing His Teammates And The Media On Sunday

Despite the Browns win over the lowly lions on Sunday, it’s clear that quarterback Baker Mayfield just isn’t right at the moment.

After putting out another unimpressive effort, Mayfield left the field without talking to anyone, proving some clear frustration.

Later in the night, Baker Mayfield’s wife Emily took to social media to throw some shade at the Browns, telling them to “get tougher”.

On Monday, Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski spoke on Baker Mayfield letting his frustrations be known following the game.

Baker Mayfield was 15-29 for 176 yards with a touchdown and two interceptions during the team’s 13-10 win against Tim Boyle and the Lions in an ugly game.

The QB would go through with his media obligations on Monday, admitting that he was frustrated after game – while also saying that he played “like sh-t” during the game against the Lions.

It has been clear in recent weeks that Baker Mayfield is battling through some injuries. And maybe it would be best for the long term benefit of Cleveland if he were to sit out a week or two.
