Kanye West’s Nike Air Yeezy 1 Prototypes Are on the Auction Block for $1 Million

Kanye West is no athlete, that’s for sure. But he does make shoes that a lot of athletes wear. A pair of shoes he wore during a historic performance are now on sale for a cool million. Sotheby’s has listed the sample pair of Air Yeezy sneakers that Kanye wore on stage at the 2008 Grammys for his performance of “Hey Mama” and “Stronger.” They’re currently valued at $1 million, which just so happens to be more more than any sneaker previously listed with the auction house.
