J.J. Watt got the hell out of Dodge and never looked back.
Arizona Cardinals defensive end J.J. Watt feels zero remorse after leaving the Houston Texans over the offseason, and it’s pretty easy to understand why. The 6-0 Cardinals are the only undefeated team in the NFL this season, while his former team, the Texans are 1-5. Watt is playing his former team this weekend.
Watt was obviously asked a lot of questions about his former team during his Thursday media conference.
J.J. Watt was asked if he left the Texans because he anticipated how bad they’d be this season.

Wasn’t too hard to see the Texans would be a dumpster fire this season. Of course everything would have been a lot different if Deshaun Watson wasn’t such a fan of getting massages.
J.J. Watt made the right call.
