David Beckham’s Inter Miami Want To Sign Phil Neville And Mesut Ozil

Inter Miami and David Beckham are hoping to land the signatures of two names synonymous with the Premier League, Phil Neville and Mesut Ozil.

The former Manchester United star who’s on the cusp of dumping England’s women’s team for a stint in the MLS with Inter Miami is said to be prioritizing the signing of Ozil for the team, a publication from The Sun has revealed.

So, Beckham will have some real good quality injected in his Miami team, if this pulls through.

Mesut Ozil has been on ostracism at The Emirates this season, and wants out when he comes off his remaining contract at the end of this season. The report also adds he could have company in the shape of goalkeeper Jonas Lossl.

Neville on his part, will end his three years association with the Lionesses and head to Florida for the managerial post which has been left vacant with the sacking of Diego Alonso a week ago.

Inter Miami probably will take him, Neville. And most importantly, Neville will relish the chance to reunite with his old buddy Beckham.

Beckham and Neville were teammates at Old Trafford for 12 years between 1992-2003, winning a number of top-flight honours together. Not forgetting they also co-own Salford City, so no doubting they get on well.
