Cody Bellinger’s Girlfriend Chase Carter Reacts to Dodgers Going to World Series

Going to the World Series is a big deal.  Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Cody Bellinger was understandably pumped up after hitting a go-ahead home run Sunday night in Game 7 of the National League Championship Series.

Then he reached home plate and celebrated, and dislocated his shoulder. Bellinger evaded teammates in the dugout, ran down the tunnel and then got his dislocated shoulder popped back into place by an athletic trainer.

He was in good enough shape to return to the field by the next half-inning and felt comfortable enough to laugh about it after the game. He also got a post game kiss. His girlfriend Chase Carter was on hand to  see her boyfriend come thru big time.

After the game she posted about how she felt:

Bellinger is expected to be ready to play in Game 1 of the 2020 World Series against the Tampa Bay Rays on Tuesday.

“I’m good,” Bellinger said. “I hit Kike’s shoulder a little too hard, and my shoulder popped out. I had to go back into the trainer’s room and they popped it back in so I could go play defense. It kind of hurt. I’m going to use my left arm. I’ve never dislocated that one.”

With his home run off Braves reliever Chris Martin in the seventh inning Sunday, Bellinger became the first player to home in two Game 7s of the NLCS.

Bellinger  was the NL Rookie of the Year in 2017 and MVP in 2019. Now he’s four games away from his first World Series ring. And let’s not forget about his supermodel girlfriend. Life is good.
