Carson Wentz To Choose Football Over Family This Weekend

Can’t stop, won’t stop Carson Wentz from playing football.

Wentz, whose wife is due to have the couple’s second child, is all in on playing football this weekend. Wentz said he will not miss Sunday’s game against the Jacksonville Jaguars if his wife goes into labor.

Wentz said he made the decision with his wife.

Colts QB Carson Wentz says his wife is due with their second child any day now.

"I could get a call at any time," he said.

However, Wentz says if it comes down to a conflict between Sunday's game, "I'm playing."

He and his wife have already had the discussion, he said.

Wentz married his wife Madison back in 2018.

The couple had their first child in 2020.

Wentz confirmed baby No. 2 was on the way back in June:

Wentz is currently in a bounce back season with the Colts.

Can’t blame the guy for not wanting to break his rhythm. Plus it’s his second kid, not his first.

Hopefully the timing will work out for Carson so he can have his cake and eat it too.
