Bart Scott Thinks the Browns Are Better Off with Case Keenum Than Baker Mayfield

The disrespect of Baker Mayfield continues.

Today on First Take host Molly Qerim asked if the Cleveland Browns were better off with Case Keenum starting at quarterback than Baker Mayfield. Former NFL player Bart Scott was ready for the question, and said that the Browns are “absolutely better” with Keenum.

See Bart Scott explain below:

Keenum started in place of Mayfield last week and the Browns ended up winning the game.

Keenum completed 21 of 33 passes for 199 yards and one touchdown. Mayfield is averaging 245 yards and one touchdown a game.

So really not much different. Is Baker Mayfield the best QB ever? Hell no, but he’s a leader who can get a team to the playoffs.

Not sure if he’ll be able to lead a team to a Super Bowl win though.
