Arsene Wenger Rejects Serbia Offer To Return To Management

Arsene Wenger has turned down a very lucrative offer to return to the dugout with Serbia.

Serbia Football president, Slavisa Kokeza was said to have made personal contact with the 71-year-old’s agent, insisting that ‘money is no problem’. But Wenger isn’t having it.

“I relax by watching other managers suffer and think ‘It’s your turn my friend”, he made this now famous quote on one of his media appearances on Desert Island Discs.

Wenger is a household name in the game of football. A figure synonymous with one of the most successful clubs in English football. So he’s oozing quite a lot of charisma. Maybe it’s only Jose Mourinho who ‘hates’ him.
