Aaron Rodgers Reveals Secret Brett Favre Related Rookie Assignment

Aaron Rodgers and Brett Favre have a very complicated relationship. It’s a known fact that Favre never liked Rodgers when he first busted into the league after the Green Bay Packers drafted and developed him behind the NFL legend. Favre saw the young and punky Rodgers as a threat to him, and he didn’t want to leave Green Bay as early as he ultimately did.

It seems like the two get along fine nowadays, sharing a very strong mutual respect. However, Aaron Rodgers continues to reveal some very interesting stories about the way he was treated by the Green Bay Packers before he became the starting quarterback. Today, he shared another one of those tidbits.

Rodgers was given a very important task by his quarterbacks coach Darrell Bevell, know where NFL legend Brett Favre is at all times.

“A lot of my time was spent walking around, looking for Favrey,” Rodgers said via ESPN. “That was one of the my responsibilities as a rookie was trying to figure out where Favrey was at sometimes and head into the back to see where he was he was hanging out and say, ‘Hey, Coach Bevell wants you.'”
