Aaron Rodgers Couldn’t Help But Laugh When A Reporter Threw Shade At Packers Front Office

Aaron Rodgers has been vocal about how his wishes for the Packers roster have gone unnoticed by his front office. And a big story had to do with receiver Jake Kumerow.

Rodgers was praising Kumerow all throughout last year’s Training Camp and preseason. But the Packers brass made the decision to cut the journeyman receiver anyways.

Jake Kumerow was later picked up by the Bills, though he hasn’t really been a big part of their offense.

This year, Aaron Rodgers has had praise for a sixth-string tight end.

“Our tight end, Bronson Kaufusi, I love him,” Rodgers said via BroBible. “One of the happiest guys ever.”

During his press conference, a Packers beat writer made the courageous decision to say, “I can’t wait to see what Kaufusi does in Buffalo this year.”

Aaron Rodgers couldn’t help but start laughing.

Aaron Rodgers might have taken offense to a comment like this in the past, but it seems like he’s kind of at the point where he’s ready to make some jokes about his fractured relationship with GM Brian Gutekunst and the team’s front office.

But also, the Packers were able to orchestrate a trade with the Texans to land a former Aaron Rodgers favorite, Randall Cobb.

The whole Aaron Rodgers situation is getting weird over there in Green Bay, and it seems like the press is trying to make it clear to the quarterback that they’re on his side.
