LaVar Arrington Backs Up Warren Sapp’s Claims That Kaepernick’s Raiders Workout Was a Disaster

Warren Sapp is getting a little backup.

Former NFL linebacker LaVar Arrington is on Team Sapp, he doesn’t believe the former NFL player is lying about Colin Kaepernick’s Las Vegas Raiders workout. Sapp called Kaepernick’s workout with the Raiders a disaster. Arrington is saying the same thing. Kaepernick’s agent called out Sapp for lying.

Kaepernick’s workout has been a hot topic on sports radio this week, and it made its way the FOX Sports Radio show, “Two Pros and a Cup of Joe.”

Former NFL player LaVar Arrington says he knows Warren Sapp, and he’s not the kind of guy who makes stuff up.

“I know Sapp pretty well. He ain’t lying. One thing Sapp is not is a liar. If you’ve played for an organization you know people in the organization. There’s certain places that you can get information that in other cases you wouldn’t get that information. Sapp played for the Raiders, and Sapp probably has a relationship with a couple people that are in the organization. If Sapp didn’t know, hear, or have a discussion with someone who was in the organization he wouldn’t have even talked about it.”

Kaepernick hasn’t had any workouts since, and most felt the Raiders workout was a PR move anyways.

Whether or not his workout was a disaster is irrelevant, no one will sign him regardless.
