Former Dolphins Player Explains Nick Saban’s Encounter With A Stripper

It’s no secret that the NFL experience didn’t work out for Nick Saban in Miami. And a story involving a stripper in the Dolphins locker room may help shed some light on why.

During a podcast appearance this week, former Miami Dolphins linebacker Channing Crowder revealed that he made the move to bring in a stripper to Saban’s locker room.

Apparently, the stripper went straight for the decorated coach, and he entertained her for a second, before running back into his office and leaving the stripper for the rest of the locker room.

“I brought strippers to the Dolphins’ facility. She walked in with nothing but a thong on and a Jason Taylor jersey, and she went up there, Nick Saban was in a chair. She shook it for Nick Saban. Nick Saban grabbed her hips, pushed her to the side and ran up the stairs,” Crowder claimed on a recent episode of his “The Pivot” podcast, according to TDA.

Nick Saban obviously doesn’t strike us as the type to enjoy having strippers around his locker room, which is likely something he’s not going to have to worry about at the college level.

During his stint as the Dolphins head coach, Saban went 15-17, and quickly went back to the college ranks.

To this day, Nick Saban has maintained that he has no interest in returning to the NFL. And perhaps the scarring story with the stripper is part of the reason…
