Wrigley Field Brawl Leads to Chicago Cubs Fan Falling Down Bleachers

The Dogs days of Summer have officially arrived.

Baseball fans continue to do things that make you scratch your head. The Chicago Cubs and St. Louis Cardinals played a doubleheader at Wrigley Field last night in the beautiful city of Chicago. While the Chicago Cubs won the first game of the back to back 2-0, the St. Louis Cardinals crushed the Cubs 13-3 in the second game. It was a very long day at the ballpark, and the bleacher creatures were clearly growing restless from playing two in a row. Things got a little heated as a full blown brawl broke out among Chicago Cubs fans. Unfortunately for one Cubs fan, it lead to a pretty jaw dropping fall.

Now that is one violent looking fall, but the man bounced back just like a pinball, he played it off like he’s done this a thousand times before. You can see the guy being held back on the left of the frame has a cut on his eyebrow from the fight, so this was a legit violent brawl.

When your team has no direction whatsoever, and clearly no chance to get into the postseason, fans begin to act a little crazier than usual. We’ve seen way too many fights at MLB games this year.

The bleachers at Wrigley Field are always an adventure.
