Aaron Judge Reacts To Getting Booed By Yankees Fans Monday

After failing to agree on a new contract extension with the team this offseason, New York Yankees star Aaron Judge has gotten off to a slow start this season, and now, fans are already taking notice.

During the Yankees’ 3-0 loss to the Blue Jays on Monday, Judge put together a less-than-stellar performance at the plate. And towards the end of the game, he was already hearing the “boo birds” from the Bronx faithful.

After the game, Aaron Judge said that hearing boos is nothing new for him.

Perhaps fans are booing Aaron Judge for the way things have gone off the field more than his slow start at the dish.

When it was announced by the Yankees that they were not going to be reaching a contract agreement with their superstar, it was reported that Judge turned down a massive offer that would have paid him over $30 Million per year.

But at the end of the day, Aaron Judge appears to be content taking a bet on himself that he’ll prove in 2022 that he’s worthy of being paid as the best player in the MLB.

Yankees fans are going to hold him to that standard, as well.
