Canadian Bettors Are Hammering One NFL Team To Win The Super Bowl

An interesting betting trend is tarting to catch on in Canada: taking the Philadelphia Eagles to win the Super Bowl.

Today, Caesers Sportsbook revealed that three separate bettors in Ontario put $4,000 on the Eagles to win the whole damn thing this year.

Two of the bettors got the Eagles at 28-1, and one took the wager at 25-1. Regardless, all three would cash out big time if it were to hit.

According to Draftkings, the Eagles have nine teams with higher odds than them to win the Super Bowl this season (Bills, Chiefs, Buccaneers, Packers, Rams, Chargers, 49ers, Broncos, Cowboys). Philly is currently tied with the Bengals at +2200 to win the Super Bowl.

Under second year head coach Nick Sirianni, the Eagles have gone all-in on quarterback Jalen Hurts.

Last season, the Eagles surprised many with how competitive they ended up being, going 9-8 and qualifying for the playoffs in the first season with Sirianni at the helm.

Now, Eagles fans are hoping that the team can ride the momentum into this season. And apparently, some people from Ontario are fully on the bandwagon, as well.
