One Bettor Has An Absurd Amount Of Money On The Cardinals Tonight

It’s probably not a good idea to put too much bank roll on a baseball game given the random nature of the sport, but thats not stopping one bettor on throwing heavy on one game tonight.

Ahead of the Cardinals game against the Rockies later, it was revealed that one confident MLB bettor was putting a whopping $264K on St. Louis to win the game.

The Cardinals will take the field behind Miles Mikolas tonight, while the Rockies will be rolling out with seldomly-used pitcher Ryan Feltner.

On the year, Mikolas is 8-8 with a 2.92 ERA whereas 1-3 with a 5.75 ERA in just over 40 innings pitched on the season. Obviously, we’d give the edge on the NL Central leading Cardinals in this matchup, and Vegas would agree.

Per Draftkings, the Red Birds currently sit as -170 favorites. This means that the bettor receive a payout of $419,294.11 if the Cardinals were able to come away victorious over the lowly Rockies.

On the year, the Cardinals are starting to take control over the NL Central. Despite being behind the Brewers in the division for most of the season, the Cardinals have capitalized on some poor play from Milwaukee as of late to take a two game lead in the division.

Apparently, this bettor is all-in on the direction of the Cardinals, and we’re hoping for the best for him…
